Q: Do you accept credit cards?
A: We accept American Express, Visa, and MasterCard for no additional fee to our clients.
Q: Can you direct bill my company?
A: Absolutely! Just let us know your preference. We send an invoice on the 15th of each month.
Q: Are there any security deposits or fees?
A: There are no fees for apartment reservations. We do require credit card information in lieu of a security deposit to cover any incidental charges and/or damages.
Q: Do you allow pets?
A: Yes. Most properties accept pets with a deposit and/or fee, weight limits and breed restrictions may apply.
Q: Where are your properties located?
A: We work with the nicest communities in the best locations available. We are proud to offer a variety of properties to suit your needs. We are where you want to be!
Q: Will there be linens included?
A: Yes! We include two sets of sheets for each bed in the apartment and four sets of towels per bathroom.
Q: What is the minimum length of stay?
A: We have a minimum of 30 day stay. We require 30-60 days notice to vacate (depending on the community you choose). Many of our clients prefer a month to month lease.
Q: How much is the rent?
A: Our rates start at $58 per day. Our average rent for a one bedroom apartment is $68 per day and $73 per day for a two bedroom apartment.
Q: Do you offer options like high-speed internet service or housekeeping?
A: For an additional fee, we can provide you with housekeeping, high-speed internet service, or a home office. We can also provide upgrades such as a sleep sofa and additional televisions.
Q: What does the rent include?
A: The rent includes all furniture, housewares, and utilities. Housekeeping and high-speed internet services are optional features. We can customize your apartment to include a home office, sleep-sofa or bed sizes of your choice. Please see our amenities page for a complete list of furniture and housewares.
Q: Is there a fitness center?
A: Most of the properties offer fitness centers, pools, and tennis courts. Some communities also offer a business center and an onsite movie theater for your enjoyment.
